Keynotes will be discussed on UMC club meetings and meetings with authorities. We dream about conference where key speakers will be graduates showing their key achievements made while working at their final projects. Especially joyful was that two graduates of Introduction to mediation program - Open University of Maidan. Dnipro is great! Three representatives of this city were on the program. Dnipro graduates look for opinion allies for cooperation! Let's unite and do it! Services market development is out common goal!

Thanks to all who came to "play" Mediation. In 3 hours we noticed that time has run very fast. We tried new simulation format. It worth it and it has surpassed all expectations.

"Negotiations practices for managers" is starting on September 22. The purpose of this program is to master the use of mediation competences to improve motivation climate in organization, increase probability of independent execution of achieved agreements and totally influence on conflict price for company.

Even when we do not realize it, emotions and feelings form our mood to some extent. And ability to understand and control own emotions requires ability for reflexion, conscious approach to oneself and own feelings.

Emotional self-consciousness is important ability of administrator in particular and for mature personality in general.

A unique program "Emotional competence of manager" aimed at understanding of emotions is starting on September 14 in Ukrainian Mediation Center.

"Work with interests: a way to cooperation" is a unique course by Galyna Yeriomenko, director of Ukrainian Mediation Center, created special for Open University of Maidan.

Course purpose: to help understand main points of work with interests as method to find values acceptable for everyone and to make just decisions.

Topics to discuss: What models of interaction exist? Why is it important to work with interests? Which types of interests exist and why is it important to differentiate them? What is conflict and how can it be resolved?
