Very rich program and incredibly interesting and active group. We have been learning conflict resolution method in the role of mediator, training achieved skills in case of hard negotiations conduction as well as during conflict couching of one of the dispute parties. In addition, we have been preparing for controversial situations resolution by learning conflict potential diagnosis method in company and practiced skills of conflict map construction.
The participants were surprised with power of the method and have estimated possible achieved skills implementation range from professional to private life.
The meeting of mediators and opportunities, risks and difficult situations resolution experts during the process of mediation in fiscal sphere was conducted on October 5.

Iryna Brunova-Kalisetska is Ph.D. in psychological sciences, conflictologist, trainer, researcher, peacekeeping and polycultural educational programs developer. Her main work area is intercultural conflicts. Executive director of non-governmental organization "Integration and development", Kyiv. Social conflicts dialog/mediation support expert of OSCE projects coordinator in Ukraine. She has experience in post-conflict regions (namely Kyrgyzstan and Moldova). A Member of peacekeeping education Working group of Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflict international network. 15 years of work experience.
