UMC offers negotiation and mediation programs.

The main objective is to develop negotiation skills, including mediation with the participation of a mediator.
The training is conducted by trainers who are members of the CEDR International Network of Trainers (UK), accredited as CEDR mediators in the framework of a joint project of the International Finance Corporation (World Bank) and kmbs. Trainers also have experience in commercial, organizational mediation, family spheres.
Among our graduates are representatives of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Russia.
If you choose a school or trainer to qualify as a mediator, we advise you to inquire as to where and how the mediation trainer qualification is obtained and whether the trainer has adequate mediation experience.
