Is it possible? We were searching for answer with program "Negotiations by interests" participants. It seems that we have reached a consent and the verdict is: it is possible! One could feel the strength of the group's unity when it was walking about the corridors during breaks. People asked us what what company we are teaching. However, the program's participants were people who did not know each other 2 days ago and now they are a team. Does it really work?

UMC has held Employers Confederation of Moldova teaching within the framework of Ukrainian-German partnership. Special cases on tariffs and employees' dismissal negotiations etc. were wrote to conduct the training. Mediators trained by CEDR were the forefront of the group. As always, there were many challenges related to multilateral negotiations.

In which issues is family mediation useful and where are the boundaries of matters that are better to avoid taking up? We tried to find answer for these and other complicated issues in divorce and other family disputes with our Family Mediation program new graduates that took place at Ukrainian Mediation Center on November 2-3, 2016. Congratulations to all who joined Business mediator 4 Ukrainian-German project!

Qualification of participants joining us surprises us more and more and that makes trainers to improve their competences. It is not the first time when training agencies directors, MBA graduates, leading companies' HR managers, judges and attorneys joined the program.

Trainers train the group while the group trains trainers :)

And that is how we grow up for common success.
