On September, 9, 2015 was held a business breakfast for HR-directors - the first HRD-Wednesday, organized by HeadHunter Ukraine.
The speakers of this first event was Galina Eremenko, head of the Ukrainian Mediation Center, and Elena Urusova, HR-expert practicing mediator. The main objective was to acquaint the participants with the advantages of using mediation directly to the organization (for example, in dealing with labor disputes, conflicts between managers and subordinates, etc.). The great interest of the audience in a speech by Galina Eremenko caused Harvard model of the negotiation process, which is used in the work of mediators. Elena Urusova from a position of their own experience HR -Director presented case, how to use mediation "razrulit 'conflict and not to bring the case to court, in which case you can use not only the competencies of mediation, but also full of mediation sessions within the organization.
