German standard for Ukrainian consumer of mediation

Finally!!! German standard for Ukrainian consumer of mediation.

The first module of a five-module German-Ukrainian program "business mediator". The program was opened by Head of Ukrainian-German project on development of business Volker Schtoetzner and Ukrainian Mediation Center Director Galina Eremenko. The program was attended by 24 participants, including Phd student from Germany, consultants, facilitators, lawyers, managers, business owners. HWell-prepared participants expected appropriate qualifications of trainers.

After the first day of the program one participant shared his opinion about the program: "I'm shocked! Mediation is something completely different, than I have expected. Mediation is a working tool that can be used anywhere." Another participant said, "I feel joy". And coaches felt joy as well.

The participants received homework: to choose a topic for the course work and to work in small groups between modules.

High bar is set. There is a lot of interesting work ahead both for trainers, and participants.

Trainers of the first module thank the participants for fruitful cooperation and wish success in obtaining new skills!!!
