On September 23, 2010 the representatives of UMC (kmbs) made a presentation on the Jubilee 10th International Yalta Forum of Finance, which generally attended about 400 participants from over 10 countries.

A workshop was devoted to benefits of mediation and why the use of mediation as alternative dispute resolution is advantageous. During the master class also discussed the specifics of mediation in resolving disputes that arise between financial market participants, as well as the appropriateness of using mediation as compared to other alternative services such as collection services and insurance brokerage.
