On October 27, 2016, Regular international conference on outdoor advertisement Outdoor3 was held in Cherkasy town with partner's support of Kyiv-Mohyla business school. Cherkasy town authorities regularly initiate this conference and it engages representatives of advertising business, non-governmental organizations and municipal authorities for a few years straight.
This year the meeting organizators met last year meeting participants' addresses and included lections of experts in other fields aimed at participants' competences raising and useful experience involvement to outdoor advertisement sphere.
Among such invited speakers mediation trainer and Ukrainian Mediation Center representative Olga Antoniuk has made a presentation on behalf of Kyiv-Mohyla Business School. Her presentation about effective communications between all outdoor advertisement market stakeholders including authorities, public and business representatives has enlightened matters of multilateral dialog by interests, steps of formation of ground for efficient negotiations and mutually profitable aims. The presentation was of interest to attendees with new horizons of development.
Listeners also have realized profitableness of skills of negotiations by interests and of stakeholders’' effective interaction methods by taking part in further facilitating session conducted by UMC training mediators Vlada Kanevska and Olga Antoniuk in the final part of conference.
