People's interest in this way of conflict resolution grew up when the Law of Ukraine "On mediation" has been passed in a first reading.
However, it is still not clear to everyone how can mediation be used by companies in effective way.

Mediation is used as a part of conflict management system abroad for a long enough time. However, in Ukraine this matter is relatively new and rarely known.

This event would give all its participants the ability to learn how to raise the mediation's effectiveness through development and implementation of conflict management system.
