The Cinema House held a four-hour meeting of mediators and lawyers-members of NAAU. For the first time mediators talked not only about the nature of mediation, as well as the specifics of mediation in various areas: family law, intellectual property, criminal procedure, administrative procedure, labor relations and so on. For the first time under the auspices of NAMU mediators met with representatives from the cities of Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kharkiv, Lviv. During the discussion participants did not try to avoid difficult questions, but were offered to look into the face of the problems and find ways to solve them. UMC Director - President of NAMU opened the event and spoke about the principles of partnership between lawyers and mediators, and perspectives on the use of mediation in the tax area.
