UMC Director Galyna Eremenko with German-Ukrainian Project Director Folker Schtoetzner spoke at the conference "Role of local communities in territorial development", organization by Dtek. They adressed the issues of mediation as a tool to reach effectiveness and regional programs realization. For the regional programs mediation is a way to hear each other and reach consensus, based upon analisys and combinated interests of the authorities, communities, business. The mayors of the cities of Ladighin, Schaslyve, Ternivka, Drobopillya and others took part in the conference, as well.
