American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine launched a new initiative program dedicated to developing the professional skills of senior-level female executives working in the Chamber's member companies - The Chamber Women's Executive Leadership Development Initiative (WELDI).

Negotiations were one of the topics of the first meeting of the project participants. Galyna Eremenko made a presentation "Going my way to the top" about the characteristics of women's participation in the negotiations, what helps to increase strength in negotiations, and the useful skills that help to get results and still maintain the relationship.
