21.12.2016 Master-class "Conflict Management through Mediation in Companies" by Marina Gritsyshina, mediator, lawyer, Manager of Legal Department WIND POWER LLC and Dr Tatiana Kyselova, Marie Curie post-doctoral fellow, University of Torino.

Based on the experience of the Institute for Conflict Management, Viadrina European University, Frankfurt Oder they presented the model of conflict management system in organizations, its elements and stages of development.

Participants of the Master-class discussed conflict management systems on examples of international corporations and learnt some hints on implementation of such systems.

Dr Kyselova presented results of her TrainToMove research project as for specifics of the post-Soviet cultural patterns and their influence at recognition and resolution of conflicts within organizations in Ukraine.
