"Work with interests: a way to cooperation" is a unique course by Galyna Yeriomenko, director of Ukrainian Mediation Center, created special for Open University of Maidan.

Course purpose: to help understand main points of work with interests as method to find values acceptable for everyone and to make just decisions.

Topics to discuss: What models of interaction exist? Why is it important to work with interests? Which types of interests exist and why is it important to differentiate them? What is conflict and how can it be resolved?
