Ukrainian Mediation Center was represented by Elena Urusova performance, HR-expert and practicing mediator - "The decision of labor conflicts in the organization: how to simplify life by means of mediation." The main objective was to acquaint the participants with the advantages of using mediation directly to the organization (for example, in dealing with labor disputes, conflicts between managers and subordinates, etc.). It is often for the management of the companies to settle conflicts within the organization - it is the direct area of responsibility of HR-managers, and therefore need to be informed about the most effective ways of solving them.
