New rules of mediators' certification come into force in Germany from September 2017 According to these rules a mediator needs not only special education that can be obtained within the frameworks of Business mediator program (joint project of UMC and Munich CCI) but also to certify the existence of conducted mediations. Due to that fact that new approaches implementation has just been begun the peculiarities of such implementation are not clear yet.
