On September, 9, 2015 was held a business breakfast for HR-directors - the first HRD-Wednesday, organized by HeadHunter Ukraine.

The speakers of this first event was Galina Eremenko, head of the Ukrainian Mediation Center, and Elena Urusova, HR-expert practicing mediator. The main objective was to acquaint the participants with the advantages of using mediation directly to the organization (for example, in dealing with labor disputes, conflicts between managers and subordinates, etc.).
