Finale of the fifth anniversary Ukrainian contest "Entrepreneur’s talent 2016", business conference "Enterprise workshop" and winners awarding ceremony were held on November 18. Participants and guests summarized the contest, awarded its winners, and shared their best practices during business workshops session. Galyna Yeriomenko was the speaker and she discussed the matter of negotiation power increase with forum's participants.

The contest hosts Anatoliy Kinakh, the Ukrainian industrialists and entrepreneurs union Vice President, and Tomash Muras, Director General at Amway Ukraine, have opened the conference with greeting addresses. Tomash Muras has presented Amway Entrepreneurship Global Report results (Amway Global Entrepreneurship Report, AGER) for 2016 to Ukrainian audience for the first time. This year's survey was dedicated to entrepreneurship in the context of flexible employment conditions as well as skills on gaining clients loyalty. Besides this, the results of research in terms of respondents’ views upon further entrepreneurship prospective in Ukraine were published.
