UMC has held Employers Confederation of Moldova teaching within the framework of Ukrainian-German partnership. Special cases on tariffs and employees' dismissal negotiations etc. were wrote to conduct the training. Mediators trained by CEDR were the forefront of the group. As always, there were many challenges related to multilateral negotiations.
