In January 2014 the head of UMC Galyna Yeromenko started learning at a pilot project "Business mediator" in Lviv Chamber of Commerce. Eight modular course was developed in collaboration of Lviv CCI with CCI of Munich and Upper Bavaria, as well as with the Munich Academy CCI.

Participation of German and Ukrainian trainers is expected.
