work with organization leaders aimed at implementing and maintaining the system.
Project implementation may envisage the calculation of conflicts’ cost for a company, analysis of reasons that lead to company losses, and provision of recommendations on the development of systemic measures aimed at eliminating the reasons resulting in losses.
