Training Programs

Our Training Programs are designed for all those professionally involved in settlement of disputes and willing to use contemporary and effective ADR techniques in their work.

Target audience:

  • Business owners and top managers

Programs on the development of negotiation skills with the use of mediation elements are recommended. Mediator’s skills per se are not used in full due to the lack of the need to observe the terms of confidentiality and possibility to adopt decisions with the use of power. The most eligible cases for the use of acquired skills in conflict settlement by top managers: equal professional position of conflict parties; long lasting hostile relations of the parties; lack of clear criteria for settlement of a problem.

  • HR managers

Programs on mediation and establishment of internal corporate conflict resolution system are recommended. This category of managers, who take an active part in settlement of disputes, can coordinate the establishment of dispute resolution system (or conflict management system) in organization. They are responsible for effective use of human resources, which is hampered by conflicts in organization; establishment of effective communication system and conflict settlement system; can be trainers for company employees on the issues of conflict settlement form the point of view of mediation; are active participants of conclusion of labor contracts and settlement of disputes between company administration and employees.

  • Lawyers and other specialists involved in settlement of problems related to the fulfillment of contractual  obligations, compensation of damages, anti-crisis management, conclusion of agreements, etc.

Recommended are the programs on commercial mediation. Acquired mediation skills can be applied during pre-trial stage of conflict settlement. Commercial mediation is advisable from the point of view of its effectiveness, cost efficiency of mediation procedures, and observance of high discipline by the parties with regard to the fulfillment of reached agreements.

  • Trade union leaders

Programs of development of negotiation skills with the use of mediation elements are recommended. These persons are responsible for effective relations between the trade unions and administration, protection of employees’ rights, and conclusion of labor contract. This activity must be mostly transparent by nature, therefore confidentiality requirements inherent to mediation are irrelevant.

  • Line managers  
  • Company organizational development specialists
  • Representatives of public associations and political advisors  
  • Persons that deal with citizens’ complaints, including complaints related to the protection of consumer rights.  
  • Persons working in the area of medicine and education.  
  • Consultants on the establishment of corporate conflict management systems.
