The program was aimed at management of relations and conflicts in organizations.
Attention was paid to management decisions making in organizational conflicts. Participants took part in group discussions on major difficulties applying mediation skills: "...Initially, I was killing a manager inside me and then an investigator..." - said one of the participants. Nearly 50% of the program was conducted using the simulation exercises, plots of which are based on real events from the experience of trainers and graduates of UMC.
At the end of the program everybody agreed on the point that mediation competency lets a manager save his time and enhances the motivation climate in an organization.
