    During this one day program we will discuss your attitude to trust, and its importance in the negotiation and influence on decision-making processes.

    Training goal:

    To increase understanding about:

    • Key relationships between the level of trust and efficiency of the negotiation process

    • Current understanding of trust and its place in ensuring the competitiveness of the country / company / organization

    • Impact factor of confidence in the results of negotiations

    To learn how to use ones knowledge and skills to:

    • Recognize different types of trust, the definition of dominant type of trust and its impact on the negotiation culture

    • Estimate trust in ones organization and develop recommendations for its improvement
