Training goal:

• To provide the necessary knowledge of mediation skills such as relationship and negotiation process management, and focusing on content issues discussed

• To practice skills of decisions-making process based on the parties interests involved in the negotiations

• To practice skills of conflict resolution between employees and the organization, customers and partners

• To develop understanding among participants that using mediation skills manager saves time, improves the motivational climate in the organization, increases the likelihood of self-fulfillment of the agreements that generally affects the value of the conflict for the company
