Galyna Yeromenko, Manager and Trainer of Ukrainian Mediation Center (kmbs), Candidate of Legal Sciences.

Education: Lawyer. In 1995 defended a thesis on the topic “Compensation of damages caused by state power authorities”, the city of Kharkiv. 
Specialization: As a scholarship holder of International Institute for Unification of Private Law (Rome, Italy), in 2001 participated in professional development program organized by the above mentioned institute. Co-author of text-books and manuals on civil law, legal encyclopedias, scientific monographs and articles. In 2004 became the award winner (award after Yaroslav the Wise) granted by the Academy of Legal Sciences. 
Relevant trainings: Trainings on “Basic mediation skills” and “Mediation skills on resolving corporate disputes” conducted by CEDR experts, Great Britain; training “Mediation in an organization: settlement and prevention of conflicts and disputes through the use of mediation skills” conducted by experts of Saint Tomas University, USA. Accredited by CEDR as a mediator in accordance with international standards. 
Position and place of employment: Since 2008 – Manager of Ukrainian Mediation Center under Kyiv-Mohylyanska Business School; Senior researcher of the Institute of State and Law after V.M. Koretsky of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. 
Work experience: 1993 through 1994 - worked as a lawyer; 1995 through 2003 - worked as Vice-President of International Institute of Business. 2003 through 2007 – Deputy Director of HRM School (kmbs). Participated in educational programs on business education development: INSEAD, (France), Irish Institute of Business (IMI, Ireland), Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM, Great Britain), etc.

Vladyslava Ryabota, Trainer of Ukrainian Mediation Center

Education: Candidate of legal sciences. 
Specialization: protection of shareholders and employees’ rights, conflict of interest and confidentiality of information, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate conflicts, human rights. 
Relevant trainings: trainings “Basic mediation skills” and “Mediation skills on resolving corporate disputes”, conducted by CEDR experts, Great Britain; Accredited by CEDR as a mediator in accordance with international standards.  
Position and place of employment: Expert on corporate governance issues of the Department on corporate governance in Europe and Central Asia, IFC, World Bank Group. 
Work experience: author of more than 20 practical publications on corporate governance, civil and labor law. Co-author of manuals “Management of joint stock company”, “Effective Board of Directors”, and “Charter of Closed JSC: sample, comments, and recommendations”, author of manual “Corporate Secretary” and monograph “Protection of shareholders’ rights during mergers and acquisitions of joint stock companies in Ukraine”. Participated in drafting numerous laws and regulations. Has significant advisory experience on assessing the effectiveness of Supervisory Boards and corporate governance level of JSCs. 

Olga Shepel, Trainer of Ukrainian Mediation Center

Education: Master of international management, Kyiv National Economic University after Vadym Hetman; courses at Human resources management school under Kyiv-Mohylyansky Business School; certificate, management development program for owners and top-managers: “The art of management” (10-month program), Kyiv-Mohylyanska Business School. 
Specialization: HR management, organization of business processes. 
Relevant trainings: trainings “Basic mediation skills” and “Mediation skills on resolving corporate disputes”, conducted by CEDR experts, Great Britain; training “Mediation in an organization: settlement and prevention of conflicts and disputes through the use of mediation skills” conducted by experts of Saint Tomas University, USA. Accredited by CEDR as a mediator in accordance with international standards.  
Position and place of employment: co-owner of a company operating in the area of construction; business-trainer, HR-manager, business-consultant. 
Work experience: successful work experience with international and Ukrainian companies, which operate in different sectors, and have different legal form of business and stage of development. (JV “General Motors”, Subsidiary “Avon Cosmetics Ukraine”, LLC “AhroDim”, network of fast-service restaurants “Pechena Kartoplya”). Significant experience on resolving business conflicts and disputes between top managers, department managers and their subordinates, as well as between employees. 

Tatiana Bilyk, Trainer of Ukrainian Mediation Center

Education: Master of Accounting and Finance, National Agrarian University, Mykolayiv, Master of Business Administration, Kyiv Mohyla Business School, Kyiv; Manager - Economist, National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Kyiv
Specialization: accounting, finance and auditing companies. 
Relevant trainings: Training "Basic mediation skills" and "Mediation skills in resolving corporate disputes, conducted by the Center of effective dispute resolution (CEDR), UK; training" Mediation in the organization: the solution and prevention of conflicts and disputes through mediation skills, held by the specialists of the University of St. Thomas, USA. Accredited by CEDR as a mediator in accordance with international standards.
Position and place of employment: head of finance department, business consultant. 
Work experience: over ten years of experience in finance, successful experience in developing financial strategies and launching new businesses, negotiating and working with various financial institutions.

Iryna Stefiniv, Coordinator at Ukrainian Mediation Center

Education: Bachelor degree in Sociology at National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Kyiv-Mohyla Academy certificate program "Social Psychology and Conflictology".
Specialization: Social Work. 
Relevant trainings: trainings "Basic mediation skills" and "Mediator’s Skills for Managers "
Position and place of employment: Programs Coordinator at Ukrainian Mediation Center at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School. 
Work experience: experience in the area of client management and organization of UMC programs, training in organizations "AIDS Foundation East - West" and for "Social service" Bethany ".
